1.2 zemzemTrades is a Private Limited Company (PLC) incorporated in Sebeta, Ethiopia whose principal place of business is located at Gojeb-Mazoria, Sebeta – Ethiopia. zemzemTrades is a sole agent for Gatefarms International Trade plc (Gatefarms) and fully authorized to transact using Gatefarms’ Exports/ Imports/ & Distributions government licensing.  

1.3 zemzemTrades, and our affiliates and branch offices (also referred to as “we” and “us”), take our data protection and privacy responsibilities seriously. This Data Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, process, and use, your Personal Data as a “data controller”. A “data controller” is an entity which determines why and how it processes personal data it possesses.
